Constant ringing sound
From past 3 months I'm hearing ringing sound in my ears 24x7. As if sound that comes if someone slaps. Is it a serious issue? What should I do?

That sound is known as tinnitus and could be a sign that you are going deaf. Deafness may not affect the speech frequencies initially but if identified and treated or aided at this stage, will help a lot in arresting the progression. Please use this app to locate a good ENT Specialist in your neighbourhood, who with the help of an Audiologist will diagnose you problem and manage accordingly.
