Red lesions on tongue

I am getting red small lesions mainly on the tip of my tongue and sides of tongue is reddish too. Also the upper part of jaw, behind upper teeths feels swelly. Smoking since past few months with avg 5-6 cigarettes a day. No alcohol consumption. Forced to drink cold water after every other bite of spicy food.

Nasal Blockage

I feel that something has stuck inside my nose, hint of burning. Today I cleared my nose with saline water and I found lots of suspended particles inside saline water after clearing my nose. From couple of days I have a feeling that I'm suffering from breathlessness.

Hi, Every few weeks I get runny nose, sore throat, lot of stickyphlegm in nose and throat ranging from dark brown to yellowish greenish to white and mild intermittent fever. I stay in hills. Blocked nose one month
