Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I sneeze around 20-30 times everyday in the morning as soon as i start brushing my teeth. its been over 6 years since this stared

EVERY MORNING I FACE SNEEZING PROBLEM AND SOMETIME IT WILL BE FOR WHOLE DAY. RATE OF SNEEZING IS 20-40 TIMES

I sneeze too much sometimes, also it has been with me for 10 years now . Most of the times now i dont sneeze but my nose is always filled with mucus , which i am continuously taking out. It occours when i am stuck with cold or taken a cold water bath or eaten cold fruits or cold drink . When it happens one of my nostril gets closed and i have to breathe from the other nostril.

I hear breathing sound in my right ear. Due to this i lose my confidence while speaking or some kind of mentally irritation. Please suggest some remiedies to overcome this problem.

One of my nose hole is slightly small than another one is this can create any problem in my medical interview for Indian army ??

I have swelling in left nose. This doesn't allow me to breath properly. It increases right after I have food. And decreases when I am extremely hungry. I have chronic cold and constipation too.

Hello doctor, my son(6 yrs) had severe throat pain n fever last month, doc diagnosed it as tonsillitis and advised surgical removal of tonsils n adenoids. He was on antibiotic for 5 days, nw from past 2 weeks he doesn't show any symptoms of it. Will the tonsils shrink by itself without removal??? But the skins of his hand and feet is peeling off(even now). Is tat the antibiotic effect?? Will the tonsilities hamper kids growth. Please advise

I have sinus since my childhood and it's really getting worse sometimes now, If I get exposed to dust or even if i touch my nose with a little force. I get cold and serious headache which ruins my whole day.
