Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Since a month i m observing a phenomena that one of my two side of nose remain blocked... Also i have suffered two times the problem of coogh and cold bt meanwhile also the problem continues... I have consulted doctors bt found only temporary results through the products lile nasivion...i could nt able to understand the problem...Please enlighten me

I'm suffering from Wax blockage in ear, because of which am not able to hear anything properly. From my childhood i haven't used any buds or pins to clean the wax. Seeing my current status, i'm forced to use cotton buds or pin to remove the blocked wax. Am afraid to do it. Am worried about my ear drums. Is there any other way to Remove/dissolve the wax without usage of cotton buds or pin etc?. If yes please let me know what has to be done to remove it.

Lot of pain in earlobe. It starting with itching one week back and then yesterday night there was lot of pain and I couldn't sleep the entire night.

I have problem of sinulitish and doctor gave me a nasal spray FURAMIST AZ when i am using this spray alot of cough is coming out Tell me is it good for me or not?

My EAC is narrow so the wax doesn't come out easily... It get accumulated inside. After a long period it gives me itchy sensation... Can I put wax dissolving drops every 3 months for three times for 10 days...won't it cause any harm.? I got my wax removed last October and it was painful.. Pl let me know if I can put the wax dissolving drops every three months so that atleast it doesn't get hardened and be easy to remove?

I have throat problem, whenever I have soft drinks or cold water or something which is cold my throat gets irritated and becomes red inside.Also from last few days i am feeling very itchy in throat and when I try to drink water it feels something is in between and pains while eating.
