Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Initially i had sore throat and my throat would burn when i eat spicy food and i had ear pain also. i consulted the doctor. he told me that it was because of some minute infection. i also had gas problems at that time so the doctor gave me medicine for that also. Now i feel some sort of sensation in my nose when i eat something spicy. i sometimes feel a lump in my throat. But, i think its related to gas again. Because when i burp a lot that lump feeling disappear automatically. Please tell me what should i do

I am having problem in my throat..my right tonsil is inflammed..whenever i press it...it pains..now i am having pain in my throat not much pain but it is irritating...i recently had typhoid...nearly 10 to 15 days ago..now i am okay..but the doctor have given me some medicines for energy..he gave me pantocid also...if the problem for pain in throat continues...should i go to the doctor because i am taking these medicines..will this do any side effects...i am having tonsil for 3 to 4 times in 2 or 3 months..and yes my immunity is also not good..what should i do..i gargled with water and took steam and it is somewhat less painful..and the doctor who cured my typhoid is from a hospital which is far away from my home..so pls tell some permanent cure..pls i wanna be okay...

I sneeze every morning continuously every morning and later it gradually decreases..,is that an allergy?

I am frequently getting common cold i.e. at least once in a month. And when i get relieved also cold is always there. And also when i sneeze i continue to sneeze continuously atleast 5 times in a row. What can i do to increase my immunity?

I have got hard pea sized lump behind both left and right ear.and also squishy lump on both sides of neck (not near jaw).

On rotating my neck I listen a crunching sound in right ear. I met accident few days back and had jerk in neck. I am undergoing physiotherapy for spasm near neck muscle. Also have MRI reports attached.
