Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have headaches often when coming back from college. Running nose, plum formation , Eyes get watery often , burning sensation in d eyes. I need to overcome these problems. I need suggestions for these problems

I've got a throat pain while swallowing only, my voice hasn't changed. I don't have cold. I have a slight dry cough, but no fever or body pains.

Few days back I started having mucus from throat, without having any pre-symptom of cold or cough. It started increasing over the days. In between I traveled to Kodaikkanal for 2 nights & in the cold whether it became worse since I have mild asthmatic syndrome, however I managed with my Cipla inhaler . On return, I started gargling with warm water for few days, taken Grilinctus BM cough syrup for 6 days. it did not help much. Then it added coughing which happens quite often, especially in the night time & produce solid mucus. In the morning, more mucus comes out with cough & from nose. Head is felt heavy all the time. It is been more than 3 weeks now, no sign of healing.

I have been snoring from past 6 years i have no smoking,alcohol habit, i am 68 kgs with 5ft 8 inches i don't whether i stop breathing while sleeping but the sound of snoring is too loud, i will sleep on my back mostly, please give me a permanent solutions to this.

I continuously have wet inside nose and blocked nose little difficult in breathing due to this i have a nasal voice

I am used to having slight pain & some discomfort usually associated with water trapped in my left ear. It happens occasionally & gets well within 2 days. Where as this time it has been on for over 7 days. Also when I use ear bud in my left ear, it usually pains so I have to do it very lightly compared to the right ear

I've got a swelling below my right ear.. and I started getting pain.. any advice would be appreciated

Having lot of Pain when water or any liquid substance put inside the Right ear. Few Year Before this Ear is hitter in an instance after that i have having this problem.

I have had common cold and cough from some time and I was taking antibiotics for the same. Cough subsided after some time only to come back with pain in the throat and near left jaw bone just below the ear. What could be the reason?

Bleeding started 1 month ago. Dr suggested PT,PTT,CBC + CT scan. Former normal, but the latter shows severe bilateral maxillary sinusitis with full plugging of right ostium and partial of left ostium. Took ciplox (15 days), Pause 500 (5 days), alocet/allegra etc. All the dr does is tweak these medications and ask me to come a week later. Bleeding is decreasing - mostly once in a few days while blowing nose, or by sucking in through mouth and spitting out. Clogging of sinus creating difficulties and headache. But still, dr asks me to check pressure daily etc., instead of attacking sinusitis. Forbade me from steam inhalation/neti saying it will lead to bleeding. Says she might have to do some cauterizations. Qns: (1) Why all this bleeding precaution when it is already decreasing? (2) If no neti/steam inhalation, how do I get relief instead? Can I disobey the dr on this? (3) Why is the dr not using endoscope yet, week after week? (4) Should I agree to endoscpic sinus surgery?
