I am suffering from snoring with mouth open even while eating I need liquid to complete it. I wanna know is there is any surgery required if yes than pls let me if any surgery exist for this. When 10 yr old I had tonsils no surgery done as of now

You may be suffering from Obstructive Sleep Apnoea. This will need a sleep study and other tests before proceeding with surgery. Come over for a full analysis.
