Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Suffrng from poor health since a deacade no mass on body instead having a best diet had a history of rheumatic fever and cgronic tonsilitis and IBS no inprovements visited AIIIMS too all tests done bo clinical findings now doctors told me to go for tonsillectomy coz tonsillitis may be a reason of not having any mass on body

Whenever I'm walking on steps or performing daily tasks i'm taking breath heavily. Even after taking food facing the same problem. I daily jog for 30 minutes and do exercise for 1 hour. Please let me know the problem

Did 2 Lab tests for FNAC, One is saying Reactive lymphadenitis Other is saying Tuberculous lymphadenitis Are these same ?? if no how much different are they from each other??
