Nose bleeding & body temp

Hi,there is always blood coming from nose..also body temperature is always high (no fever) but general body temperature is very high..also facing gas problems ..may I know what's the problem? If required,To whom should I consult in pune

Blood in mucus

I found bloody mucus while blowing my nose in the morning especially in the morning. after that i felt tired in the whole day. Feeling sleepy always. Mild head ache. Pain near my eyebrows, below my ear etc. I wont smoke. The mucus while is thick with blood stained in it. Somebody please advise.

Ear blockage

My right ear got blocked during flight landing 10 days ago as I was suffering from cold & cough. It felt like opening on the return flight - during take off - but went back to being blocked during landing. I've started taking Solvin (decongestant) and steam inhalations since yesterday morning but there's negligible difference.

Sore throat

Difficulty swallowing, pain in throat. Took augmentin duo 625 mg for three days twice a day starting last Fri. Helped a bit but soreness and pain came back. No cough. Lymph nodes on side of Beck also swelled but now a better.

Frequent cough & headache

I have frequent(every month) cold accompanied by headaches. In morning I always feel my left nostril is blocked. I was always prone to cough & cold but the frequency has increased since last 1 year.
