Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Is Coblation Tonsillectomy is 100% safe. Is there any side effect of radiofrequency to the body? Please also recommend a doctor who is well experienced in this coblation Tonsillectomy in Mumbai.

I have got hard pea sized lump behind both left and right ear.and also squishy lump on both sides of neck (not near jaw).

On rotating my neck I listen a crunching sound in right ear. I met accident few days back and had jerk in neck. I am undergoing physiotherapy for spasm near neck muscle. Also have MRI reports attached.

Pea sized hard lump behind right ear .it is painful on touching and there is slight pain in neck also.

My nose is always blocked and also i sneeze continiously when i start once and blocked nose is even when i dont have cold

I sneeze around 20-30 times everyday in the morning as soon as i start brushing my teeth. its been over 6 years since this stared

EVERY MORNING I FACE SNEEZING PROBLEM AND SOMETIME IT WILL BE FOR WHOLE DAY. RATE OF SNEEZING IS 20-40 TIMES

I sneeze too much sometimes, also it has been with me for 10 years now . Most of the times now i dont sneeze but my nose is always filled with mucus , which i am continuously taking out. It occours when i am stuck with cold or taken a cold water bath or eaten cold fruits or cold drink . When it happens one of my nostril gets closed and i have to breathe from the other nostril.

I hear breathing sound in my right ear. Due to this i lose my confidence while speaking or some kind of mentally irritation. Please suggest some remiedies to overcome this problem.

One of my nose hole is slightly small than another one is this can create any problem in my medical interview for Indian army ??
