Hello there...., you might have developed upper respiratory tract infection.... Most common cause of upper respiratory tract infection is an viral infection which is usually self limiting with self care measures and symptomatic management.... If you have throat irritation, Consider lozenges to soothe your throat and salt water gargling.... Drink plenty of water, take adequate rest....Consider antipyretics like paracetamol for your fever....If symptoms persists more than a week, consult Physician as it could be an bacterial infection which needs antibiotics to treat.....
