Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, from 3-4 months ,I m suffering from the loud snoring while sleeping. My throat becomes dry at morning, Someone said me that I have to reduce throat tissues, I also realised it that because of my laziness my throat size is increasing, so what exercises I have to do for that, my weight is 63 and age is 24 , height is 5'7. Please guide me and tell me the natural ways to reduce the size of throat and chicks also, thanks.

In Mar14 I had occasional blood in my spit with no cough. After three months there was swelling in my parotid gland. CT scan and FNAC was done for the neck and it showed sialadenitis in parotid. The swelling subsided after taking medicines. In Sept’ 14 during my follow up of parotid, a nodule was detected in the thyroid. USG showed size of nodule as 12*6*6 (in mm). FNAC was performed on the thyroid nodule first in Sept 14 and then in Nov 15. First FNAC showed “Adenomatoid nodule with cystic degeneration” and second time inconclusive because of sub-optimal cellularity. Current size of the nodule as of March 16 is 13.7*9.5*7.2 (in mm). In addition to this I can also feel lympnodes in the submandular region for some years. These lympnodes are moveable. As of March’ 16 the largest size lympnode is in right submandular region with the size of 13*8 mm. There is no weight loss, fever, cough, fatigue etc. Blood in spit continues to come occasionally. What could be the reason? Plz help

From last 2-3 months , my husband complained me for snoring. I am slim build and non-alcoholic also. So could not understand why this problem started? Being a female it is very embarrassing for me. Please guide.

During nights, I have breathing difficulties, continuous sneezing and Mucus(Plain) secretion flowing freely from nose (could not control) which doesn't allow me to sleep, In Mornings i am getting back to normal. I dont feel like i am having common cold. kindly suggest

I am having a running nose and sore throat which is followed by coughing, also feeling droused.I am having these problems since Thursday.

Hi I have been having slight blocked nose for 4-5 months now. This there is a bit of breathing problem too. When I'm under hot conditions or take some sort of steam/shower it gets better. But it again becomes difficult to breathe (30% more difficult let's say) after some time.

I have a cross nose ..is that cause any problems in future or how can I get treatment for this ..I have counselled some Dr. they said you can go for septoplasty surgery so what is that kind of surgery means and is it possible to straighten my nose without any issues after septoplasty surgery of my nose and look like as my normal natural nose ...and where can I get best Dr for this n for cheaper...

In 2000 left ear was operate by surgeon having the problem during operation so left ear was blocked by surgeon in Mumbai. Now she has problem with right ear it was now partially blocked.
