Vestibular migrane is a type of migrane may or may not be associated with headache can have photosensitivity intolerance to light, intolerance to sounds and balance issues of dizziness. Need to get audiological test pure tone audiometry and vestibular balance evaluation for gait and to rule out central causes of dizziness. Once clinical tests help us to know if it's central cause for dizziness we need neurologist consultation. If it's peripheral cause due to ear we treat accordingly. You need to get a haemoglobin test random blood sugars test done. ENG electronystagnogram to diagnose the cause for giddiness. Blood pressure standing and lying down to see if any postural hypotension. Before we start medicines for migrane proper kindly get all the tests done and share than we can start with medicines. Precautions avoid tea, coffee, citrus fruits, chocolate, cocoa, onions as they aggravate migrane. Avoid exposure to bright lights and loud sounds can precipitate an attack. Can start tab vasograin twice a day for 5 days for acute pain than start on tab cinnarazine 10 mg night once for a month. Take care
