Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Suffering thyroid for last few months, got swalloen in throat, suggest surgery by doctor, need suggestion

I pushed the ear wax deeper by pushing it inwards went to the ent specialist today he cleaned some of it and gave me a drop and advised me to come after a week as the drop would make the wax pushed inside come upwards and theres no one nfection as well hopefully there is nothing to worry about???

The back of my tongue feels very sore and is causing me pain. What could be the cause of it turning bluish and having lines and spots. Have attached picture for further reference

I hve undergone septoplasty n then reverse septoplasty 17-18 years back.Since then I hve feeling of heaviness on my right nose n on being ct scan done it shows septum straight n sinuses clear.what could be the reason for such heaviness Though the swelling is there on endoscopy being done. Whats the treatment for this other than sprays n antiallergic pills-thanks

My 3.5 years daughter nose get blocked while sleeping... snoring sounds come .. problem is from last 2 months. Sometimes it disappear... i put saline drops ( nasoclear) at night... used citrizin for 5 days 5 ml at night... but after few days the problem appears. .. Is it allergy... n wat is the treatment for this...

Diagnosed with sulcus vocalis (right vocal chord). The doctor has prescribed voice therapy for a month but he emphaized on surgery. Is surgery necessary or voice therapy can provide a permanent solution to the problem?

I went for ear wax removal from doctor. Ear1 had soft ear wax & Ear2 had really hard wax. After the removal, I have been hearing a lot of sound from Ear1 but Ear2 feels as if it is clogged or something & there is no feeling of lots of sound. Is it just a perception problem or something serious? P.S : A few ear drops were put only in Ear2 while cleaning & negligible blood traces were there on hard ear wax that came out.
