Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have got hurt in my left ear and I can't properly listen from that ear and when air passes through it then it pains a little bit.

I am having sinus problem due to that I have got clogged ear and severe ear pain. Been to doctor had medicine and injunctions, by that I have got released pain but still the clogged ear is troubling me a lot.. it's since 3 days. Please guide.

She had cold from past 2 weeks then it had reduced slowly. one fine day left side ear starts paining and yellowish fluid starts lowing rapidly and ear pain hurts her a lot. 2 years ago, I was in a loud concert and after that my tinnitus started in both ears that is like a hissing sound with sparkles. Since then, it has increased and decreased with time. It used to be not loud and any kind of white noise like a fan or something used to hide it. From last 7 days, I'm observing that the hiss is loud enough to be heard with ambient sound. And the weird part is, that it's in both the ears. It always changes in both the ears together. If it goes loud, it happens in both the ears. What should I do about it?
