Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am suffering from Nasal congestion from last 1.5 months, I stay in Riyadh -KSA from last 1 year. Doctors have prescribed Nasal sprays like Rhinocod, futonase etc and also Tablets like Airfast, Allegra. Still the Nasal congestion has not gone completely. Due to this I am having trouble sleeping... Not able to sleep continuously for more than 2 hours in a stretch. Doctors are saying it is due to Dust allergy and Riyadh is prone to sandstorm and widespread dust. Pls suggest..

Frequent head ache and throat phlegm and ears are feels like block. phlegm in throat always and head ache stops after taking a hour or two sleep most of the times.

Breathing problem due to Astama. She had no issues since last 1 year but now not able to breath easily so want to consult with doctor

My kid is 3yrs old, recently I found a bean sized lump back of her ear on neck, when asked my other parenting frnd said it could be a lymph node, its wasn't there a couple of days ago, its rubbery and found on both sides. what am I supposed to do. I dont know which system it comes under. Help!

My right ear is been hurting from past 2-3 days. I don't have cough or cold. The ear is blocked and Some yellowish liquid is coming out in intervals.

Itching in left ear and sometimes burning like sensation. Feels like something is crawling. When I sleep on left side the condition get better but on right side the itchibg starts again. In 2011 having the same problem but consulted a Dr in Lko he told a hole in ear drum or something like that and it will heal with time.

I have hearing problem in both ear. Average 50% deaf. My age 37yrs. From last 20 yrs problem. Some Doctors suggest me for Hearing Aid.but no perfect effect of hearing aid. Because sometimes I hearing of someone's sound but can't catch up what They saying. Hearing aid amplifie the sound. And I don't wants to use it... Have any surgery available for it ? Right ear 70% hole, left ear 30% hole since 20 years, as told in a hospital@ Bidar . Now she's suffering cold , pain in both ears. Only 50% hearing in right ear....can I get treatment to permanently solution .

I had travelled on 5th of this month. Since then there has been a sensation of air bubble traped in my left ear. I can feel the pressure changes and because of that I think my hearing ability is also effected. I had gone through various test regarding ear drums and they are all normal.
