Sir actually i am suffering from breathing problem in 2014 i met with an accident and i got damaged my nose i can take breath only from one nose some time right nose some time left nose should i go for rhinoplasty or else kindly help me

You should undergo septoplasty for relief of nasal obstruction. Rhinoplasty is done to correct the shape of the nose. Sometimes both the procedures may be combined to get good nasal airway and a good looking nose.
