Avoid taking cold water&cold food.Do Betadine mouth gargling 3 times a day after food.Take Tab Cronin pain relief,1 tab after food for headache.take rest for 1 day.If throat pain & fever persist,consult ENT Specialist.

Sneezing for 4-5 days interval ?if these problems are present for more than 2 -4 weeks ,thenyour throat and nose should be thoroughly examined consultan Ent or general physician.if the problems only present for 2-4 days .then take dolo 650 bd, and levocitrizine 5mg once daily for 5 days.salt water gargling,steam inhalation will help you to relieve your problems.

Hi..... Rest. Get plenty of sleep and rest your voice..... Drink fluids. Drink plenty of water to keep the throat moist and prevent dehydration. Try comforting foods and beverage. Warm liquids broth, caffeine-free tea or warm water with honey can soothe a sore throat..... Gargle saltwater. A saltwater gargle of 1 teaspoon. Gargle the solution and then spit it out.....
