My baby has a fever since yesterday.. But it is only his head that was hot.. He has like lymp nodes under ear.. Do i need an immediate medication for him

Cervical lymphadenitis is very common in children and usually occurs because of upper respiratory tract infections. If your baby is asymptomatic then no specific treatment is required
