Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have sneezing problem since from 5-6 months. I have some allergic problem . i want solution to this problem,.

From past 1week i have cough and cold..for me cold wont come out it wil block in nose itself (only in rare condition if get it out)..from 2daz my both ears and nose got blocked ..sometimes if i check there wil b light pain in my left ear..what to do..what actually happening i don't know..

Sir, a lump on right side of my neck it is decreasing and then now coming left side.resently I suffered with fever now fever is not coming.

I had a hole in both the ear drum 10 years back, the doctor said it will heal with time. But with the time span now I feel that I have loss little hearing, is it true that it heal by itself. If not is it damaged more now. I don't want to get operated, what are the chances?

For while I ws seeing neck swell, it's like a lump, than later on August 2015, I visited RML hospital thy advised Thyroid, anti TPO and ultrasound. I don't hv thyroid disease but US shows the nodule and Fnac suggested. I just got scared and didn't go further now I want to know which specialist doctor or hospital I should go in Delhi as I don't want to delay now.

Hi, I hear some kind of voice (kadak kadak type) from my ear when I burp. In general, it's not coming.. And also, I am feeling as if my breath is getting choked. I have no breathing problem. It is happening for the first time.. please suggest..
