Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been advised to wear Binaural hearing aid with proper fittings to overcome hearing my own voice louder by Dr pinaki Majumdar of Kolkata. I thank him for the recommendstion.But what is a Binaural type hearing aid.what is its speciality? Initially 45 days back moulds with out vents were fitted by an audiologist and since wearing it I started hearing my own voice. But now I wear oticon BTE aid with four channels and 2 mm dia vented moulds.it has not stopped this phenomenon. Can flum in the throat for years cause this troublesome hearing my own voice.what can be done to contain this appreciably..I hear low frequency sound louder and high frequency rather low.There is booming effect in hearing and while speaking.pl help.

My child is of 3 years and her ear is paining and itching from past 6 months it is not paining continuously a 3 to 4 days in months.

I am feeling pain interaly in my throat because of tonsil and not able to eat or drink anything. plz help me

Two days ago, when i wake up after take nap of 3 hours in noon. Then i feel that my right ear gets heavier. I generally sleep at right postion of ear ( right ear downward towards bed ). This type of situation rise first time in my life. Now i have pain at outer surface of ear.when i press the lobus and behinde the lobus of ear i feel pain. Feeling heavier of ear i feel generally in winter season when i have aa high cold but nowdays i have no any cold my health is normal. Plz doctor help me to get rid from pain.

Hello Dr. My mother sneezes almost everyday. along with sneezing, she has running nose . No fever or body ache. what can it be? common cod or some type of allergy? and can it go away by regular treatment ? please reply

It started with the redness and dry eyes... then profusely tear discharge with yellow mucus and the feeling of a foreign particle in the eye... followed by sore throat... went to a physician and was prescribed antibiotic and ciplox eye drops... now the situation is that eyes are fine but still feel dryness smtimes ... but the throat is very sore ... white blisters on throat and tonsils... difficulty in swallowing spcly in the evening and morning... i started having erythromycin 250mg .. morning and evening ... Thr is no fever or bodyache... i am alrdy suffering from nasal polyps... What is it ? Kindly Respond.. i will b very thankful.

My right eye got contact with an insect and i am not sure that the insect got into my or fell down. but I am feeling uncomfortable and dirt started coming out of my eye. I am scared that what is going to happen with my eye

I had earpain in my left ear few days back. I went to a ENT doctor , he did endoscopy and showed some blackish scar in my eardrum which he concluded as traumatic rupture and advised tympanoplasty. Next day I went to another doctor for second opinion , he went for tympanometry and it was normal. He said that eardrum is normal and probably it's appearance is different from usual. Now I am really confused, please guide. I don't have any pain or hearing loss.

I get also pain when i press tragus i also feel pain. I also feel my ear is gets heavier. The pain begin when i wake up after take nap of 2hours in noon when i slept towards right ear I also examine my ear to local doctor he asked you get infection. Buy i don't get any releif from his medicines( klav plus 625,ajojrm, and two drops in three times of Depol) till now.
