I suffer from this each morning and doesn't subside even during the day at times. I figured that changing my bedding every week would help. Do I get an allergy test done?

You may get an allergy test done, but it is not always helpful. Treatment with steroid nasal spray and oral antihistaminic are more practical way to manage allergic rhinitis. Exposure of your bedding to sunlight at least once a week will help to control the fungal spores and mites.
