Water running through nostrils
In last one week sometime water like fluid is running through my nose but i dont have any cold like symptoms. Once it happened before bedtime and once while i was doing exercise, i dont have any kind of pain around my nose as of now, but can i know what can be the reason.? During my childhood i use to have problem of bleeding nose now my nose doesn't bleed much. Please let me know if anything is serious.

Let the fluid drip onto a clear cloth. If upon drying the cloth becomes stiff, you most likely have a defect in the roof of your nose which is leaking cerebrospinal fluid! You need to meet an ENT Surgeon immediately to surgically plug this leak!

Clear watery nasal discharge without any cold and started with excercise points out toward spontaneous CSF leak.. Watery discharge can be in allergic rhinitis aggravated by dust, pollen, strong smell,smoke,pets, carpet..
