Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear Doctor Kindly suggest a course of medication for me. I have consulted multiple doctors for my asthma. I have taken Wikoryl TusQX Seroflo(inhaler) Levocetrizine and montelukast gold as medicines. This did no improvement. I am suffering since almost 3 years now but I had no problem in the past 9 months. Recently I am facing the problems again especially in the night. I want to return to the stage I was in the last 9 months. Kindly suggest the medication for the same.

My throat is itching 3 to 4 times a day.and dry cough is also feeled.i have used cough dryl from medical shoap.what to do?

Hello Doctor, I have all the symptoms of allergic rhinitis(hay fever). Every morning i used sneeze for about 17-20 times that causes watery eyes , itchy nose. Also i am suffering from this for the past 2 years. Till now i didn't got any medication for this. But now this irritation is increasing as it occurs 3-4 times in a day and leads to having headache by end of day. Because of this i am unable to concentrate in my work also. doctor kindly suggest me best treatment for this . So that i can be relived from this problem. Thankyou

Since a long time i am having crackling noise on my left ear. I did audiometry but it is normal. I face the problem when i keep the phone on left ear. I cannot understand the words. It sounds loud but muffled. I also have tinnitus.
