Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am getting a strong ache in my right ear not able to sleep in night and when am taking a pain killer it will be good. Its a very strong pain like a pulse of heartbeat. There is no injuries inside and the ear canal is looking clear bt not able to hear properly and passage is close all the time also the pinna part in ear is giving pain and physical parts inside the ear passage is contineously giving pain.

Hello Dr i have pain in my back head for the past one Month and also some lump growing in my forehead and also i feel so itching and paining sense. After few days the lump is gone but in my right jaw i got an sweal meanwhile got bigger and after that I took some tablets consulting with local doctor. I have also taken MRI scan and neurology dr said it's one side headache. He gave tablet for 10 days. But sweal gone and still i have pain in my back head. Pls suggest me a to which doctor i should consult and give a solution. Thanks

My baby is having cold since last 4 days..he has got stuffy nose and is trouble in sleeping..he is otherwise active and playful..should i use nasovion or nasoclear which i use?
