Tinnitus problem
Stating this problem arise unsteady feeling,noise continuously hear and irritating peace of mind.i am take below the medicine,but till not cured.please help me

You need to get a proper ENT checkup done followed by audiological evaluation(PTA & Tympanometry). This will help the ENT Surgeon reach a diagnosis and help plan the management. If this has already been done, please upload those reports and doctor's notes.
