Hello Dear
I been hearing Tuk Tuk noise in ear while I move my neck. I feel the same tuk tuk noise when I sleep and sometimes it bothers me. I have checked my self with ENT and he found no problem in any of my Ear. So what should be the next step? I do not have any other symptoms.

It is likely to be tinnitus.. Which has a vascular cause in a few people.. Get checked for audiometry and see if there is deviation.. Avoid loud noises and quiet environments.. Avoid loud music or long duration usage of earphones
