Hearing static buzz like noise
I am facing this problem on my left ear since few months. It's audible when theres silence nearby. 4 years ago, i went to clinic and removed wax from both my ears because i couldn't hear properly at that time. Could that static noise be because of the excess wax again? Do you recommend visiting any ent specialist to get this checked? Thank you.

The buzzing noise you hear is called Tinnitus. Do you also have a hearing loss..? Kindly get an Audiometry(PTA) done. Was there any exposure to loud noise in the recent past? Try not to search for the sound. It will be heard only when you are stressed or if you’re in a silent environment. If it bothers you too much, Try masking the sound with some very low volume music of about the same frequency as the buzzing noise in your ear.
