I accidentally used xylometazoline nasal spray in the ear and now i have sound in my ear all the day

It is very unlikely that xylometazoline spray will cause any problems in the ear with intact ear drum. You may be having eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It usually resolves spontaneously after few days. You can use same xylometazoline in nose for faster recovery
