Useing ear buds and itchy ears

I have been using ear buds every days and I want to stop that , my ears starts itching if I don't use it , please suggest me a drops so that it doesn't itch and I stop using the ear buds

There might be excoriation of ur external ear canal dont use buds or finger or anything
