H, My ears making sounds like broken speaker when I hear loud noises like vehicle horn, dish clanging, hand dryer etc.. My ears become sensitivity to sounds I will get this "grrrrrrr" Sensation when I hear loud sounds and it stops as soon that sound stops I went to 4-5 ENTS but no use at all, they did 2 tests audiogram and tympanometry audiogram was normal but tympanometry test showed Type B so they prescribed me some tablets and asked me to do valsava exercises for weeks I followed that one but still no help. can anyone please help me with this at least can anyone tell me is this curable or not? I can't live with this. every sounds hurting me like anything I just don't want to live.

Need to start nasal steroid sprays too and steam inhalation to improve blocked ears. Repeat tympanometry aftr 2 weeks. If no improvement even after 3-6 weeks, need surgery myringotomy with grommet insertion.

Use hear masker
B curve can occur if dere is fluid behind ear
Do nasal endoscopic examination if not improve with valsalva
Use decongestant nose drops if endoscopy is normal
Steam inhalation
Decongestant tablet
