Head ache throat ears
Frequent head ache and throat phlegm and ears are feels like block. phlegm in throat always and head ache stops after taking a hour or two sleep most of the times.

this is due to the thick mouth and nose secretions ,and start taking iron rich diet ,fresh fruits , shakes ,banana is must for daily basis, and milk products in any form , this will built your good layer in the mouth of mucus which will be helpful , and phlegm is nothing but thick secretion
