Throat and ear pain
I am breastfeeding mother of 1 and half year old baby girl.I had mild throat pain 5 days before. Went to doctor he prescribed cephalexin 500mg 1-1-1 and paracetamol 650mg After taking one and half days I felt severe throat pain and went to nearby doctor she prescribed amox and potassium clavulanate 625mg 1-0-1 for 3 days. But still I have throat pain and today I am experiencing ears pain. Went to the previous doctor, he again prescribed cephalexin 250mg 1-1-1 and paracetamol 650mg for 4 days. I am wondering why my pain is not settled. I am worried. Please someone suggest me whether I am on a right track . What could be the cause for this? Please help me

Antibiotics will only subside the infection not the pain Changing antibiotics will not be of any help and it’s not advised generally Instead of paracetamol take tab Combiflam twice for next three days (only if baby’s health is all good and normal) With this pain will reduce and antibiotic will reduce infection
Health Tips
Take Combiflam immediately after feeding next feed can be 4 hours after you take the tablet Do betadine gargle four times daily you can alternate it with salt water gargling Steam inhalation
