Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have this redness on nose and it is bit painful. I put my finger inside the nose, but couldn't not find anything inside

My ear is blocking and unblocking on its own for some time and most of the time If I massage a bit then it ll open for few seconds and again closing by its own.

So, since yesterday morning when i pull out snot from the back of my throat i get blood streaked snot as shows in the picture. I ensured i don't pull it forcefully but today morning again when i gently pulled it(no force, i let it come automatically to the throat then took it out, so there was slight blood very less). But after that i sneezed, and this time when the thick jelly like mucus(probably congested) came out it was blood streaked too. Slight blood. Its like there's a cut somewhere and from there the blood is getting attached to the snots. I cannot go on antibiotics as recently i had gastritis due to medications for adult chickenpox and also antibiotics post that. Before that too i had multiple rounds of antibiotics prescribed due to a chest infection. Please help me what should I do. I did saline water irrigation. And taking steam. Pls help me if this is something serious. I am scared.

In childhood ones I played with earbud the I got slightly blood from my ear from that time  hearing was slowly reduced now I hearing less sound in my left ear than right ear

Hi, I have been diagnosed with the lymph node TB in my neck. The TB lump has swelling and has extreme pain, I am not able to move, rest, sleep properly due to the pain. It's almost 2 inch wide and 3 inch in length and fully reddness. I heard that puss can be removed by the lymph node Aspiration (through injection), but I am confused. Should I consult with an ENT Doctor or a General Surgeon for this ? My TB medicines are going with the govt hospital, and the Doctor at the DOT centre saying you should leave it as it, let it come out on its own. Please advise 🙏

I had closed years for a couple of days there was no fluids only wax for two days . Then fluids started coming yesterday. Thought I was water that went in during the hair bath and left unattended . But the fluids continued for a day and the pain grew . I am having pain back of ear and sore on  small flap of ear  nest the opening Just to maintain  the pain  for overnight used the eardrops Earwell one time in the night . There was slight discomfort on the tooth as tried gargling salt water couple of times . There is still fluid  I can feel coming out . Since it's Sunday, many clinics aren't be open .
