Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I might be suffering from sleep apnea bcz I m snoring and wake up of dry mouth difficult breathing and fast heart rate frequently.

Water completely gets stuck or stops from going below the throat. Feels like there is some obstruction stopping it. For those few seconds due to obstruction n water which I have sipped builds pressure. As a result it's very painful n feels like I'm gonna die for those few seconds. Also this is happening quite frequently these days. It happens anyhow, either I sit or stand or drink with my mouth to the glass or I drink from up, in all ways. Is this due to some issue or is this normal ?

Something stuck in my throat for 6 months. I done endoscopy but nothing else. Eating drinking no problem but after felling something lump in my throat. I eat pantozo continuously.

I have tinnitus issue in my left ear with hearing loss. Also suffering from loss of smell. Can it be cured by homeopathy??
