Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had consulted 2 ENTs and they said it's rare so I shouldn't think much about it. Unfortunately I hadn't changed the filters or RO membrane of my Kent RO for 2 years 5 months now. The light still shows green but water flow is lesser. I used that water to wash my face yesterday. I had pressed my nose when washing face but when I released my nose, blowing and wiping my nose and face, I felt wetness in nose. I am very scared that if some water drops went in, as water may not have been so effectively filtered, could I get N Fowleri infection? How far up the nose the water has to go to cause an infection or risk for same. Can a few drops going in nose, can breathing in a few drops of water cause infection or water has to be forced up like deliberately sucking or snorting up water with force, which I didn't do to get infected. Please please dear doctors answer and those asking for physical consultation only, kindly skip question. I felt so anxious that I had to take anti anxiety pills.

Taking treatment from ent already but right now from 3 days my ear draining yellow thick sticky discharge without any pain also ringing of ear got low what should I do

Respected sir/ ma'am, I am suffering from ear itchiness, left ear is more problematic. I have tried using earbuds to clear the outer of the ear, not inside. Please note that I have allergy issues, but even after taking antihistamines itchiness continuous. Sometimes becoming sever and then resolving in its own. Kindly suggest what could be done. Thankyou

Please help me with  medicine, as I am suffering from slight pain while swallowing in my throat. Pain In the left corner of my throat since yesterday. Reddish inflammation is also noticed. Thanks in advance

Hello doctor, I am having infection with PUS inside in right ear, consulted doctor and taking antibiotics with candibiotic drops. Infection getting better but now Suddenly From yesterday I am hearing some pumping noise (like pulse sound in infected ear) which is disturbing my sleep. Is this normal during infection or what. Please confirm

My son 9years old got continous cold for 3 months, hence got enlarged adenoids and turbinates. Is it going to cure by itself or medical intervention required? He does mouth breathing and snores as well

Right side throat pain from 3 months. Dr told it is tonsil stone, took antibiotics, now visible stone dislodged itself, but having persistent throat pain right side of throat, sometimes feels like spreading all over. No fever or soar throat. Sometimes having mild fever like feeling. Pain while swallowing & turning around. Pls suggest how to get rid of this condition. It is irritating alot.
