Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello respected doctors I'm suffering from sinusitis its already been 9 days till now... symptoms include head pressure, mild headache, mild fever 99F, runny nose always (  dark yellow mucus ) left nostril pain and near left eye pain and yellow phlegm... i took Monocef O 200 mg two times with citrezine, dolo for last 3 days but this yello mucus problem is not going and feeling mild fever 99F...also used netipot, steam inhale and nasal drops too 🤕🤕🤕🤕... can you please prescribe any medicine which is very effective, i can't go to doctor now 🤕🤕🤕🤕 thanks

I was suffering from extreme head ache and eyes pain. Including occasional pain in the right nostril. ENT used some endoscopic tube to look through the nose and said it's because of nose that I'm having this head ache.. I was taking Dart almost everyday. I've checked with opthalmologist so it's not related to eyes. Although I'm on lithosun and voxidep antidepressants and also clonazepam. However I've been on clonazepam for last 4 years and even the other meds weren't something that'd cause this level of head ache as I've been taking anti depressants from a long time. So my ENT isn't available at the moment so can you please check the report and tell if the eyes pain especially the right eye and the right part of head and nostril pains alot.

I have redness in mouth rooftop. It appears and go away on its own in a day.. the redness always appears on the left side..it is not painful but is irritating..it been more than 5 months. It comes and goes..no fixed pattern. I have attached a photo of it.

Happy Mahashivratri to all doctors . I have dry cough for last 4 days . Which cause later sore throat throat pain . And when I cough yellow bulgum came out which is hard and comes through nose while sneezing. I m doing saline water gargle for morning and night . I am a teacher so whenever I try to speak for few minutes cough start and throat is badly sore. No table to talk . In silence not much cough when talk or speak dry coughing start . I m taking liptuss dry syrup for last  two days for  two times and I started amoxyclav  tab yesterday night. How long should use . Antibiotics take one time or two time. Syrup should be stopped or not . For throat pain taking zerodol sp. But sore throat and cough not reducing I have attached pic of throat and tell. Thank u .

Started from sore throat after taking chilled food stuff. It has been two days now. My symptoms : Phelgm in throat Runny nose Body ache Headache I am living in Australia, so please advise to take antibiotics or not? I have azithromycin 500mg. I don't want to go to a doctor. Thanks!

I try to forget but each time something happens that causes my fear more. I had kept borewell water in fridge for 4-5 hours and wahed my eyes with it. I felt some water going in my nose and tried to blow it out. But seconds later I sneezed. Now I am very scared that the air intake while sneezing might have pulled any drop of water in the nostril near the brain. Can any drop of water present in nostril while sneezing be pulled up in the far up region of the brain to cause infection? Can sneezing action cause the water to go that up? Please guide me so that I can know the chances and probably will have to wait and watch.

Hi team Due to a viral infection I had developed sudden tinnitus in right ear last March 2023 Audiograms confirmed SNHL Now I was on treatment with my different ENT doc's Adenoidectomy and septoplasty spur removed in November 2023 Recently had MRI brain and normal Tinnitus was improving and reduces to slight hiss now Again I developed Bad cold last Friday 1 March 2024 with slight fever and sore throat Unable to pop ear while blowing air from nose Ear clogged as like ear is plugged making difficult to hear from both ears and again tinnitus is at hissing level but a bit loud Feels pressure on cheek and nose and ear sometimes head Fever gone nasal congestion reduced but ear clogging still there like pressure in the ear GP prescribed meds reduced fever and cold Tinnitus also needs to be reduced as well (back to previous low levels as it was almost gone) Unable to figure what to do with the ears and frequent URTI? My mother (54) has bilateral ostomastoidits and has been recently having issue in hearing in one ear. Does this condition require treatment with medication?

I am feeling pain in nose and centre headache and feeling chilling nose , before 2 year I did ct scan of of PNS at that time doctor prescribed some medicine , I feel completely disappeared nose pain and headache, now it again hunting from last one week
