Weird movable on right side
Hi dr the first pictures are from the right side below the On the right side of the part below the tongue I can move something like small minute strings which are not present on the left side. I is it something wrong with the anatomy of my mouth or am I having cancer is I am really scared please help me it is really freaking me out. Please check the pitchers and let me know respected Dr, if there is anything above normal going on with me

The pictures provided are not clear. Going by the details provided, the strings could most likely be saliva. There doesn't seem to be difference in anatomy in these pictures. Have you noticed pain or ulcer over the affected part?
