Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

On 20/02/2023- Mild vertigo started after sleep and it stays for 2 weeks without tinnitus without hearing loss ears were completely ok after 4 months I again started same mild vertigo after sleep without tinnitus and without any hearing loss then I went to Dr and they examine audio test and bppv test and result came normal and gave me deuratic vaccine but after taking vaccine I started tinnitus on right side without hearing loss but after again 4 months I get trouble while sleeping as my eyes get red after sleep for atleast 3 weeks and then I get tinnitus on left side also with some mild hearing loss and still going on for 3 Months 22/may/2024 So now I have tinnitus on both ears now with some hearing loss on left side and getting dizziness while laying on bed one thing I noticed is that everything started after I removed my braces as I had TMJ for 4 years still I have deep bite problem please suggest me a good doctor as my ear problem getting worse month after month, thanks 🙏🏼

Hi I have used soliwax for five days but my ear wax is still hard to pull out for my doctor. He is asking me to use for five more days, Any tips to soften the wax at the earliest.

Hi dr, Few.months back, mine mother got hard swelling on neck. With god grace, all reports came normal and she is fine now But since then i have developed fear of getting any swelling like lymph node swelling in neck I keep check ing my lower neck, collor bone area for any swelling. Sometime , if i feel something hard then i start panic and cry. My wife then tell me that it could be muscles Something due to continuous check of neck and pressing hard neck arae, it pain for few hours. I am not able to sleeping due to this. It been two months and keep checking. My age is 35, no bad habbit like smoking or anything. Weight 98. How to control... please guide.

Since 4 year I have a large hole in my Right ear I get it temponyplasty in 05/04/2024 and when I go to hospital for consert the doctor he said it was again  moderate perferation in my middle ear what is thus I don't known still not complete one month. He told o get again temponyplasty treatment is there any solution without surgery to heal the ear drum

Whenever he eats from outside junk food nd all..he gets swelling aroung jaw.please help me how to treat it beacause it causes him uneasy to eat something...he cant swallow properly. Tell me treatment please

Hiii I have right side of tonsil bigger than another it sometimes pain in throat and ear , nothing else. It is from last one year. Is it normal or not ? I don't have any habit.
