Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Yesterday I clean my ears from ear bud after that I put ear bud on my left ear and attend the call after that I forgot that ear bud is on my ear and gone to lay down on left side suddenly ear bud entered deep on my ears it starts little bleeding and severe pain.. Plz suggest what I should do..nd plz suggest some medicine if it's possible. . I'm sharing an image as well

I have been on medication last three days for viral and cold, however even after the medicine my coughing hasn't stopped and there's a lot of nasal bleeding from my right nostril. Coughing is also bad, unless I have cofsils or yogi kanthika I cannot stop coughing. This is the prescription I followed. Along with everything I am on medication for PCOD as well. Taking Chiroctive and Diane - 35. Started the course last month.

Suffering nasal foamy whitish discharge since one year. Was this a reason? I have a mild DNS. Please help me.

White foamy discharge coming from nose for the last several months. CT PNS reveals minimal mucosal thickeing in the bilateral maxillary sinus and ethomoid sinisuses. Also mild DNS. Is this this chief cause ?? Or else ?

Good evening, I am suffering from sore throat and little  heaviness at forehead area and eyes area. Body temperature is 99 F . Taking sinarest twice a day. Is this a bacterial or viral infection ? Kindly help me to recover.

My daughter is 4.5 years old ... My daughter had a problem of adnoid and her surgery was done on 27th April. The doctor had said that she will stop taking snore after a week, but she is still taking it today is 7 may , i am worried what should i do ? meri beti 4 sal ki h woh snore karti thi toh humlog o ne ENT wale se consult kiye unhone bola adnoid ki problem h phir surgery ki unhone bola 1week me sonring problem thik hojayega but still 10 days hogye but abhi tak sahi nhi hua mai bhut chintit hun koi aur problem toh nhi h ?

I have this redness on nose and it is bit painful. I put my finger inside the nose, but couldn't not find anything inside

My ear is blocking and unblocking on its own for some time and most of the time If I massage a bit then it ll open for few seconds and again closing by its own.

So, since yesterday morning when i pull out snot from the back of my throat i get blood streaked snot as shows in the picture. I ensured i don't pull it forcefully but today morning again when i gently pulled it(no force, i let it come automatically to the throat then took it out, so there was slight blood very less). But after that i sneezed, and this time when the thick jelly like mucus(probably congested) came out it was blood streaked too. Slight blood. Its like there's a cut somewhere and from there the blood is getting attached to the snots. I cannot go on antibiotics as recently i had gastritis due to medications for adult chickenpox and also antibiotics post that. Before that too i had multiple rounds of antibiotics prescribed due to a chest infection. Please help me what should I do. I did saline water irrigation. And taking steam. Pls help me if this is something serious. I am scared.
