TONGUE AND MOUTH ISSUES

Asked for Female, 36 Years

I am 36 years female, from last 2 days I am seeing one black bump with some bruises on the left side of tongue with no pain. It is only irritating and disturbing . Second problem is facing recurring white painless bump on the left cheek wall inside mouth. It comes and goes itself but frequently coming. Both the issues I am facing on left side only. I am having no pain from both issues. I am attaching both issue's pictures here. Why these problems recurring? Is there any underlying cause. Please advise. I am little worried. I would request you to please advise on detail here only.
