Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I wanted to know how painful is typnoplasty surgery and within how much time can one return for work. For how many days one has to put cotton in ears for bathing

I recently posted a pic of my throat with a lump like thing beside epiglottis, can that be a Vallecular Cysts? I have it since a year. I know it's tough to see in the pic but when i googled it looked like that. Is it something serious? Or can be treated? Tried to take good pics but its tough.

Since 5 years, I have observed that my hearing is getting progressively sensitive and painful. Everyday sounds like doors closing, coughing, sneezing or even loud talking have become unbearable. I have perpetual earache and headache. I feel my eardrums getting pulled towards the direction of the sound. Going to the office has become my worst nightmare since there is a large gathering of people constantly coughing, sneezing, sniffing, talking loudly and I'm in pain, unable to concentrate and work. Why is this happening to me?

My son is 3 year 6 month old and is suffering from cold that is consistent. He feel sick for close to 4 times but the cold was always there. But when we took to the pediatrician he suggested to go for xray in which Adenoid hypertrophy grade 3 to 4 was detected. He suggested some ryaltris mono spray for 14 days , when I started using this spray he was doing good and there were hardly any signs of cold . But after 7 days the cold is coming back slowly. Report has been attached. Currently he is not having snoring , he doesn't open his mouth while sleeping. The only issue is cold and nose block. Please suggest if this can be resolved with medicines

I recently had septoplasty surgery for correcting the deviated septum. I was very hopeful that after this I will be able to breathe properly and have life changing benefits. But it's been 3 weeks since my surgery but my breathing is the same as before. When the suture was removed one week after surgery, I felt like my airways had been widened and felt well. The surgeon suggested doing saline nasal wash and using nasal spray for one month. I don't feel any pain or swelling in the surgical area or anywhere in the nose. But I sometimes can't take full breath due to which I'm often tired, lack concentration and poor sleep like it was before. The surgeon said that I should visit her only if there is any complication. What should I do? Can I still hope for an improvement in breathing in the upcoming weeks or months. I'm so disappointed and demotivated as I wanted to live life to its full potential ..😓😓 I'm attaching my discharge summary herewith.

Hello Doctors, My 7 year old daughter is suffering from continuous cough and cold from past 3 years and the problem is gradually increasing. And now from past 6 months she also started to get  fever every 25 to 30 days and it doesn't go down very quickly. Many times it lasts upto 4 days. Visited many doctors including ENT. We also got the adenoid x ray done and as per the reports she has grade 2 adenoids. Can adenoids be the reson for frequent fever also along with cough and cold?

So i was facing cough for 2-3 weeks with phlegm and 2 times blood streaked phlegm. I had taken amoxyclav for 5 days. Still it didn't reduce so, Showed it to pulmonologist, he prescribed pulmoclear from a week, cefpodem x5 for 5 days and reswas syrup and difizma inhaler for a month. Also xray chest done attached. Now the amount of phlegm is less but in my lower throat area is tickling. I mean there's a sensation, not that bad to cause a cough but yes enough to give you a sensation that you should cough. Also a feeling of globus sensation sometimes. Why is it happening? Please help me. I am scared now.

I Am M28 Non Smoker Non Alcoholic. I Have Noticed The Whitish-Reddish Bump just Behind My Uvula In the throat. Whenever I Touch it with my finger , it Feels like a hard Bone. There I No Pain. I have no problem in eating or drinking. But sometimes When I am Dehydrated I feel very strange but when I eat something it is back to normal. I am getting habit of opening my mouth and watching with flash light on in the mirror. I want to know is it a normal anatomy pr something to worry about? Image Is attached. Kindly Reply to it.

Hi , My daughter is 7 years old... She has cold, cough and light ear pain when ear get pressed. Consulted ENT near by and he gave Clamp kid forte 5ml 3 times a day for 5 days... She took medicine for twice and now she is having vomitting... Is 3 times a day necessary for 7 years old? Please clear
