Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Doctor gave me voice rest Tab medrol 16mg Steam inhalation Augmentine Panton Chymoral forte How much time it will take my real voice to come Pls don't scared patient just give a solution and support please help my query

I have this lump on right side of my neck which has no or very less pain. What is it and why it is. Pls help interest says in it can be cancerous. I am 34 yr old married women.

I am a professional corporate trainer. I recently experienced voice issues. I went to doctor. She gave me medication. I was improving and my voice was also fine. but again last week my voice became hoarse again. I had rested my voice and have not taken up any speaking assignments for last 2 weeks. I am again in medication and she told me to visit an ENT if the symptoms don't improve Want to know why this recurrence had happened when I was on the path to improvement and my voice was coming out properly.

As per USG report there are multiple enlarged lymph nodes in sub mandibular region maximum of 2.7 CM. As per FNAC report No epitheloid cell granuloma/ necrosis/ parasites/ malignant cells see in the smears studied. As per Mantoux report is negative. As per CBC report the lymphocytes level are 50. As per ESR report the ESR is 38. These lymph nodes are existing in left side of next since last 1 month. I was suffering from tonsillitis which has been subsided 15 days ago.however lymph nodes are still there.

Why do I feel something ticking inside my stomach and some sort of sensations down the ear on my neck, and shortness of breath.

I am having cough from last 3 weeks. It is not subsiding. Could you please advise on medication that I need to take

Had bilateral inferior tubinoplasty in 2019. Left nose has become free. But right nose feels obstructed . I struggle to breathe at times. I feel suffocated at times. Doctor has told me the have Empty nose syndrome and not to look up in the internet. I'm fine. In CT scan and endoscopy, nasal passages are clear. What can help me?? Can water in mouth reaching the nose while laughing or breathing in with mouth closed accidently, like when it comes out from nose accidently due to nasal regurgitation I believe it is called. Can it cause the water to reach the sinus or the brain like where it can cause N Fowleri infection?

Hello doctor, I am a homemaker and in the last week I observed that my uvula is distended towards right side of my throat...no hurt,no pain,no fever. Showed to a general physician and they said it's okay and prescribed Amoxicillin. Also FYI - I have a dental granuloma in the molar tooth for which I had an RCT done 12 years ago and a tooth decay ( in the process of getting treatment) Could that be causing the uvula distention. Kindly assist with your valuable advice so that I can seek proper medical assistance. Thank you.
