In childhood ones I played with earbud the I got slightly blood from my ear from that time  hearing was slowly reduced now I hearing less sound in my left ear than right ear

Hi, I have been diagnosed with the lymph node TB in my neck. The TB lump has swelling and has extreme pain, I am not able to move, rest, sleep properly due to the pain. It's almost 2 inch wide and 3 inch in length and fully reddness. I heard that puss can be removed by the lymph node Aspiration (through injection), but I am confused. Should I consult with an ENT Doctor or a General Surgeon for this ? My TB medicines are going with the govt hospital, and the Doctor at the DOT centre saying you should leave it as it, let it come out on its own. Please advise 🙏

I had closed years for a couple of days there was no fluids only wax for two days . Then fluids started coming yesterday. Thought I was water that went in during the hair bath and left unattended . But the fluids continued for a day and the pain grew . I am having pain back of ear and sore on  small flap of ear  nest the opening Just to maintain  the pain  for overnight used the eardrops Earwell one time in the night . There was slight discomfort on the tooth as tried gargling salt water couple of times . There is still fluid  I can feel coming out . Since it's Sunday, many clinics aren't be open . My husband has very dry skin inside his ear (as diagnosed by an ENT), he ends up waking up at night irritated with ear itching. He was recommended to use til oil but it ends up getting oily.Please suggest a cream or oil so he feels relieved.
