Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi team Due to a viral infection I had developed sudden tinnitus in right ear last March 2023 Audiograms confirmed bilateral mild to moderate SNHL Now I was on treatment with my different ENT doc's Adenoidectomy and septoplasty spur removed in November 2023 via surgery Tinnitus was lowering down Earlier before this sometimes I could hear my own voice in the ear for a few minutes before stopps I developed cold and viral fever again this week in March 2024 Green mucus trapped in sinuses leading to ear block and slightly loud pitched ringing in ear Also observed when I call on the phone on the right ear, the left ear also vibrates like some popping sound while someone is speaking don't know what it could be? And frequent cold and viral infections - how to get rid of them as I fear of not getting any new infection on the ears affecting the hearing? Pls help me and will the tinnitus go back down to a very low hiss once this ends

For last 10 days I am facing pain in right jaw while opening my mouth for eating or for yawning. When I press lower teeth to upper teeth it hurts. Why this is happening

My right ear is paining from past one week i am not able to chew food as well its paining a lot and i got some medicines from apollo pharmacy and a ear drop still not well

I am having severe throat pain while swallowing/drinking anything since last 4-5 days along with fever. The throat pains worsens further at night making it difficult to swallow even saliva. It started with 102° fever along with chills on first day which reduced with paracetamol. Now i am usually having a fever of 99-100° with paracetamol taken almost 24 hours back. I am also having mild headache and weakness in my body with a general feeling of unwell. Mild cough(mostly dry) is also there since yesterday. Please suggest something.

Respected doctors I have been suffering from dry cough for two days. And my throat pains and mild pain in swallowing too . I am a teacher , for last two days I m unable to speak continuously even after speaking 1 sentence i start coughing which hurt throat and chest I am taking Vicks drops and syrup terbuline sulfate ambroxil combination. But no relief . Also I feel chill some time. Suggest medicine. Treatment

I have been dealing with phlegm and constant throat clearing since a month. Pulmonologist has suggested me for an xray but due to the fear of TB/Cancer i am unable to get my courage and go for it. I am delaying it in the hope that it gets better automatically but its not. I have coughed phlegm with streak of blood twice once due to coughing forcefully, and once today where i was not coughing but clearing the throat. I am so scared. Please guide me. I am not a smoker nor any bad habits like tobacco or beetel! I don't have fever or night sweats. What is the risk of having TB or cancer at my age? And i heard tb medications itself causes cancer? Please guide me doctors. I need your reassurances and guidance

Hello doctors, I have had throat tightness for a few weeks and ENT visits have diagnosed it as allergies. I do not have a fever, the only complaint is my throat feels like its closing but I can breathe, eat and drink normally. It feels hardest in the morning when I wake up. I'm in Pune, certainly the weather is changing however I wanted a second opinion/thoughts on the same. Thank you

Can UV filter pipes of water purifiers have N Fowleri like in water heater pipes or UV would inactivate them? What if filters and membrane is old, will it permeate N Fowleri? Since water in filter tank was cold, will it inactivate it in cyst form. I have read on various posts that it is active in warm waters and usually happens when water is forced up the nose like diving, swimming or using neti pots. So can washing face lead water to go that up the nose or can blowing nose to expel water later cause so much pressure to pull it up the nose? Please help I don't want to die a loser, I haven't done much in life. We use borewell water from jet pump and now the water in tank is still cold but I used water from the RO unit which wasn't changed for 2 and half years this time and am afraid if the UV filter may have heated the water. Though the water I used finally stored in RO tank appeared cold.

Hi de, I got rashes near my ear light night. It was there in mrng. So i was checking that area of ear from mobile. Then i realized area near that ear is little more lifted and looking like swell. I compared with another side and it looks like little more than another side I pressed that area and it is soft like nornal organ. I have no infection like cough or anything as of now. One pic with lifted area and another nornal. I am attaching pic of that area I am bit scared. Can this be lymphoma cancer symtoms... due to amy lymph node swell. I am little fat with weight 97 Please review and suggest. I am in panic now
