Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello, Suffering from tonsil pain on right side and swollen submandibular region lymph node also a small white spot on left tonsil . Dr prescribed Cefpodem 200 , allegra d and tab fleximac sp. Temporary relief while taking tablet again same symptoms continue. Also allergy immunotherapy going on for allergy. Dr says it's because of tonsils crypt infection. How to cure it permanently? What is the reason behind I have sore throat every morning even in summer morning also. But it will automatic gone after 15-20 min after wake up. Please suggest. But sometime I use mouth wash in night sometime it work and sometimes it doesn't not work. Please also suggest mouth wash I used to drink is harmful.
