Hello Myself Dr Keval Trivedi ,ENT surgeon from Ahmedabad First of all I want a  full history for how many days u have ringing sensation and ear fullness. If u have any cold symptoms ? ( specifically for ear fullness you mention ) If u have any comorbid conditions like Hyper tension? Any complaint of reduced hearing?

Antihistamines are prescribed for allergies, not for tinnitus. If you have symptoms of tinnitus and aural fullness, you need to come down to my clinic to rule out Meniere's Disease.
