Pain and hoarse throat due to loud shout
Dear Doctor, I have a very hoarse throat with throat pain due to talking loudly or speaking and stressing the throat. No cough and No cold. Please help to reduce this throat pain.

Hii It can be due to inflammation of your voice box . It usually eases and goes away, usually within a week. But if fever /swollen neck glands / breathing difficulty consult inmediately

You can try paracetamol/ibuprofen to ease pain You can try salt water gargle /betadine gargle also - will help with sore throat
