Hi. I lost my smell since 3 yrs post covid..I took allopathy treatment but no results.is there any homeopathy treatment to cure this disease?

When we give adrenaline nebulization through tracheostomy tube wouldnot it directly go downwards in the lungs as the upper air way is mostly blocked with tube. Should we give it through mouth to help with glottic and subglottic edema.
