Hi i had done a blood test yesterday WBC count increase n esinophills count also Last month esinophills count was 1200 Now it reduced but wbc count increase I was taking bilastine m daily once at night N nasal steroid spray Does steroid spray increase WBC count in blood

I have had a bad cold for a few days. No cough or fever. Sometimes at night while sleeping due to blocked nose it becomes difficult to breathe. Very cold inside. Blowing the nose or clearing the throat causes phlegm/cold.Sometimes after clearing a runny nose I often poke my nose with my finger. This is a bad habit of mine. But I see that suddenly once a day or when I forcefully blow my nose, a small drop of blood comes out of the right nostril with a cold. I am terribly worried.My family, neighbors and a nearby doctor also said it was normal. This is what happens when you are very cold inside. They said it is “chorakof" or “the cold that is too much inside "in our local language.Is that right??

I'm facing throat irritation and tongue irritation for past two weeks,if throat irritate tongue is  normal,if tongue irritate and then throat is normal condition,sometimes hard palate also get irritation, could you people assist what should I have to do which doctor should have to consult I don't have smoking and drinking habits and all

I have acute follicular tonsillits diagnosed by ent, its been one day but I have white spots in throat and I feel like it's increasing, , Doctor prescribed augmentin 625,enterogermina, t signo for pain , esotq b dsr and betadine gargle But white spots are something because if which am worried Is it risky and what else can be done to cure? Or any food to avoid or to eat

I am using furamist 2 times each nostril for 8 days and my nose is unblock now . Can i stop it using if i dont have any symptoms or do we need tapering in furamist use?

Hi. I have whooshing sound in ears ,sometimes mild pain and low hearing in left ear. I had same problem some time back and dr had suggested otrivin nasal drops 2 times a day in both nostrils along with steam once or twice a day for 3 days and i got well. Can i continue with the same this time too? Thank you.

42/male/indian I have following symptoms and issues Day 1 sniff and spit brown blood in mucus,nasal congestion,blocked nose Day 2 throat and ear pain Day 3 blood in nose while clearing nose,blocked nose Day 4 cold,fever,throat pain Day 5 sniff and spit blood chunks in spit Day 6 heavy Sniff and spiting thick bloody mucus No cough,only nasal blockage Please diagnosis

Hi team Was taking Inderal LA 40 mg for anxiety from Dec 2022- April 2023 Developed tinnitus suddenly in March 2023 Also detected hearing loss I stopped Inderal LA last April Tinnitus persists till now but at a slightly lower intensity and  bilateral hearing loss  has slightly improved since A doc put 5 intra tympanic injection last week on right ear Will the tinnitus go away along with hearing loss improvement? Pls advise..no tinnitus history before Constant ringing in right ear since last March

What is next step to do ? I get in bioscopy report 'Chronic caseating granulomatous inflammation (Mycobacterial inflammation in favor). Negative for malignancy.'
