I Have Got A Whitish Hard Bone Like Thing Behind my uvula in the Throat. I noticed it 3 week Before And since then I am in lot of depression. I touched it It Feels Like a hard bone. Whenever I swallow my saliva It Feels Unsual. I am Feeling A Scratchy Throat Since Last 3 Days And Clearing Up in between. No Problem In Eating Or Drinking. I feel Like Not to Talk To anyone because It Feels Like Cough Always In My Throat. I just Can't understand what is Happening to me I am Just Thinking about It and Watching With Mouth Open In Mirror with Flash Light several Times A Day. I just Can't Stop Thinking About It. 11th March evening surgery made. No splint or no plate and all. Just moved the bone to its original postion Doctor advised to remove the package on 20th March. But I removed it forcefully on 16th March itself. I cannot able to tolerate mouth breathing. Doctor got written letter he is not responsible for anything happens. No pain and all now. What to be followed next. When can I take head bath. When can I do face wash with water and soap. Now I am wiping it with wipes. When I can be normal like earlier. Cooking washing vessels , sneezing the nose everything. Since I have the habit of sneezing often earlier itself many years. Request to advise

Hi everyone. I'm 24 I was on propranolol 40mg once a day for anxiety for 3 months when I developed tinnitus in the second month Also developed mild moderate hearing loss I have stopped using the tablet last year in April This year the ear still rings Tinnitus has slightly improved say from 8/10 to 5/10 now Hearing also is mildly improved this year Been through 6 ENT specialist and 3 suggested wearing hearing aids I'm stressed about why did I start this meds and didn't know about this side effect Does this mean that the tinnitus will be gradually stop and hearing will improve? Always one side nose block. Some time left one and some time right it's switching in 1 hour or 2 hour. From last 1 year due to this feeling not breathing properly. Pft is ok .. pelvic view is ok. Ecg ok echo ok. Any suggestions?

My Eosinophil count is 8%, in my report normal range showing as 1-6%, And i'm suffering with itching in between nose and throat and also have frequent sneezing , is this Eosinophil count is related to this or else, can you please advice me what to do.
