Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have swallowed pulmonac 600 tablet and it was stuck in throat but after drinking a few litres of water it went inside but still when I eat I feel pain in swallowing. Does it resolve on its own?

I have nasal polyps since 2011 , right side. It's recurring inverted papilloma. Several times surgery done. In 2021 medial maxillectomy, in 2023 partial maxillectomy done in Paras . Recurred again. Consulted ENT , advised to consult Onco surgeon. Onco surgeon advised to go for extensive surgery and Radiation therapy post operative. Consulted Radiation oncologist Medanta , he also advised to go for Radiation therapy. I don't know should I go for Radiation or not . No idea about recurrence after radiation. Kindly suggest and help 🙏🙏.

Doctor My son 6 yrs had stomach pain and when he pressure his stomach , he got nose bleeding from left side. But the stomach pain was repeated thrice in span of 20days and was reported there for half a day each time . Kindly suggest what precautions to be taken . Hello, I have been suffering from the problem of acute Angular Cheilitis for more than past 3 years. Have tried Allopathy and Homeopathy both but the problem doesn't go away. It's really painful to even open my mouth. Please provide me with an effective treatment/remedy that can help me get this treated. I was recently diagnosed with Erosive Gastritis and Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth too. The antibiotic treatment for the same has been completed. Can Amoxcilin be combined with cold medicine as my son is having runny nose. Which one is recommended for 6 year old ?

My daughter 3.6 years has had a cold and cough for the last 4 days. We went to the doctor and the doctor said her chest is clear and diagnosed her with a upper respiratory tract infection. But she is having some weird symptoms. Her oxygen saturation is not stable, it goes down to 92% sometimes. We used Nasoclear and Nasiviv nasal drops, and then her saturation went up to 98%. To keep her saturation up, we need to use Nasoclear every 3 hours. She is totally symptom-free except for a very mild cough.
