Hi doctor I'm male 34 yrs I recently got diagnosed with thyriod with t3 t4 normal and tsh is 21 I'm taking thyronorm 50 from past 1 week so I planning to do weight training in gym is it ok or not to lift weight having thyriod please guide me thank you

It's been 3 days now,his pain is better but his hearing from that ear is compromised.Its 80%,as told by him.Doctor gave him some ear drops. We are still in singapore,will be back on Sunday.we live in jaipur,Rajasthan. What could be the reason of his hearing loss. We are still in singapore and to consult a doctor here will cost us a fortune. Plz help,what should I do?

I'm facing pain in right cheek muscles and is extending to ear. I have consulted dentist and she told its TMJ, but I'm not facing any issue while opening my mouth and eating. I also consulted an ent doc and he said some nerve pain and prescribed Gabantin NT for nerve pain. But even after taking that tablet, the pain is still there. Dentist has suggested Myospaz forte and I'm relieved from the pain when I take Myospaz. But I want to know what is the pain and permanent Medication since I can't depend on pain killers forever. I don't have any other medical conditions, except low vitamin D. Please help
